EY is seeking a Senior Associate in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) group to help clients navigate complex accounting challenges across industries. The role emphasizes client listening, strategic goal setting, and delivering tailored solutions beyond off-the-shelf answers.

You’ll work with colleagues across service lines, travel to meet key clients, and contribute to building trusted advisor relationships while developing your own expertise in accounting advisory services.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business with 3–5 years of public accounting audit experience.
• Eligibility to obtain US CPA licensure.
• Strong technical writing and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
