Job summary

Route 128 Honda in Reading, MA, is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to lead our finance department. You will structure and secure automotive financing, present finance and warranty products, and ensure compliance while collaborating with the sales team to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a track record of achieving strong PVR and product penetration, plus extensive CDK Drive experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years automotive F&I management experience.
• Proven success achieving strong PVR and product penetration results.
• Extensive experience with CDK Drive.
• Strong relationships with lenders and experience structuring complex deals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven record of compliance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Structure and secure automotive financing with banks and lending institutions.
• Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products ethically and effectively.
• Maintain strict compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate completion and submission of all finance documentation.
• Manage funding, contracts, and lender stipulations efficiently.
• Utilize CDK Drive and related dealership systems to process deals accurately and efficiently.
