Job summary

Route 128 Honda in Reading, MA, is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to join our leadership team. You will structure automotive financing, present finance products, and ensure compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this high-volume dealership, you will collaborate with the sales team, manage funding and documentation, and leverage lender relationships to maximize profitability and product penetration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of automotive F&I management experience.
• Extensive experience with CDK Drive and dealership systems.
• Proven track record of strong PVR and product penetration.
