Hutch Auto Group in Paintsville, KY is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to turn drive and people skills into real earning potential. We offer a 42,000+ income potential with performance bonuses, training, health insurance, and PTO.

Representing CDJR, Ford, and Chevrolet, you will greet customers, identify needs, present vehicles, conduct test drives, and close deals with support from the Sales Manager and F&I team. No automotive experience required—training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Motivated, goal-driven, and reliable.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow up with leads and maintain relationships.
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery.
