This pivotal role partners with other F&B managers to supervise, train, and develop staff, while managing scheduling, payroll, and profitability. A dynamic, conflict-resolving leader with strong interpersonal skills is essential for guest satisfaction and team success.

Qualifications

• Extensive restaurant management experience leading front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
• Ability to train, supervise and develop associates, with scheduling and payroll responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest interaction, conflict resolution and negotiation.
• Versatility to supervise multiple dining outlets and adapt to busy hotel environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of restaurant, bar, and in-room dining venues with guest-focused excellence.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop associates; foster accountability and teamwork.
• Monitor food quality, service delivery, and guest satisfaction; resolve issues promptly.
• Manage labor, payroll, inventory, purchasing, and revenue performance to meet financial goals.
• Collaborate with culinary, events, and hotel operations for group business and menus.
• Forecast needs and implement strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand operating procedures.
