Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. seeks an F/ACT Specialist with extensive F/ACT and rehabilitative experience to support our Arizona program. The role involves senior clinical duties and acting as Clinical Coordinator in their absence.

The candidate will bring experience with SMI populations, multiple care settings, and a commitment to integrated behavioral health. Benefits include strong PTO and comprehensive plans, reflecting our nonprofit mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associates degree in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience on an F/ACT team preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with the SMI population required.
• Experience across multiple settings and levels of care preferred.
• Ability to pass criminal background check for jail visitation/clearance.
• Recovery from alcohol or drugs and/or GMH for ≥1 year preferred.
• Combination of education and experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• The F/ACT Specialist is a senior F/ACT staff with a wide range of F/ACT and/or rehabilitative experience.
• The F/ACT Specialist will perform the duties of the Clinical Coordinator in the absence of the Clinical Coordinator.
