Community Bridges, Inc. seeks a Substance Use/Mental Health Specialist to deliver clinical therapeutic services to patients on the F/ACT team in Arizona. The role covers assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients and their families under governing state and federal rules.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health or related field; a Master’s is preferred, with possible associate-level licensure with AZ BHE. 1–3 years in health care may be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis and treatment to patients on the F/ACT team.
• Assist families and coordinate care per DBHS/RBHA/BMFL guidelines.
