Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to join the F/ACT clinical team in Arizona. The role coordinates services with daily staffings, and uses lived recovery experience to promote hope and guide clients toward community resources for recovery and self-improvement.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least six months of recovery, AZ driver's license, and relevant certifications; 1–3 years in behavioral health is preferred. CDL not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• Current AZ Driver’s License
• Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with relevant policies required
• Certified Peer Support Specialist certification
• Fingerprint Clearance Card

Responsibilities

• Coordinating services based on daily staffings with other members of the clinical team.
• Providing experience, strength, and hope by sharing recovery experience and knowledge of the behavioral health system and community resources to promote recovery and self-improvement.
