GMRE Inc. is recruiting a highly skilled SME engineer to support 40 FLTS Test Engineers across all test phases. You will develop test objectives, plans, and scripts, analyze data, and provide expert recommendations for final reports.

Prior F-35 pilot experience is highly desired. Responsibilities include coordinating test activities, briefing stakeholders, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Strong communication, leadership, and analytical abilities are essential for success in this

Responsabilités

• Provide SME expert advice and assistance in technical, engineering and integration support and test planning activities.
• Review prior test activities and develop/write/review MOT and TDs.
• Coordinate test support equipment and instrumentation; facilitate safety reviews and obtain final test approval.
• Understand local test organizations through recent test experience in ground and flight test processes.
• Assist with developmental testing of weapons systems within a special program arena.
• Participate in programmatic and technical meetings and contribute to test plan development and reporting.
• Prepare and deliver technical briefings to management and customers in a secure environment.
• Schedule test activities using designated software and timelines.
• Lead actual test missions as required as Test Conductor/Instructor.
