Job summary

LMI Government Consulting is seeking a Test Team Lead to act as the technical authority for test planning, execution, and verification across the F-35 LogIT solution. You will architect, execute, and govern T&E activities to meet deployment milestones and capability releases.

Responsibilities include coordinating with program leadership, DoDAF-aligned testing, UAT, and CI/CD integration. A SECRET clearance is preferred, with extensive systems engineering and agile test leadership experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of experience leading test and evaluation for defense or large-scale enterprise software.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering and test teams in military or multi-agency environments.
• Proven ability to govern complex system integration and verification activities.
• Strong knowledge of DoDAF views, interface verification, and requirements traceability.
• Proficient with Agile delivery (SAFe/Scrum), test automation, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Jira and cloud-native architectures across secure enclaves.
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain an enterprise test strategy across the full system lifecycle.
• Govern Agile quality gates with clear entry/exit criteria and defect standards.
• Validate test artifacts against DoDAF views and perform readiness reviews.
• Lead full-spectrum testing including system integration, UAT, and system-of-systems verification for F-35 LogIT.
• Establish automated regression testing within CI/CD and manage risks.
• Coordinate with clients, prime contractors, and certifying agencies.
