Job summary

Gauss Management Research & Engineering (GMRE Inc.) is seeking a senior SME to advise 40 FLTS Test Engineers across test activities, including plan development, data analysis, and test reporting.

Ideal candidates have TPS Graduate Flight Training or equivalent, U.S. Air Force TPS background, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams, facilities, and security requirements. This is a full-time role based at a Florida location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review test plans, run cards/scripts, and data analyses.
• Coordinate with test facilities, safety reviews, and test approvals.
• Support development of test objectives and data packages for reports.
