Job summary

GMRE is seeking a Senior Subject Matter Expert to provide expert advice on test activities for 40 FLTS test engineers. The role covers test planning, data collection, analysis, and final test report development.

Prior F-35 pilot experience is highly desired and security clearance is required to engage with sensitive test environments. Responsibilities include coordinating with customers and internal teams, preparing test objectives and plans, and guiding both ground and flight test operations

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (40 FLTS, customers, management).
• Proactive in safety and environmental planning for ground and flight tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice in engineering and integration support and test planning with customers.
• Review prior test activities and develop test plans, run cards/scripts, and data analysis.
• Assist with developmental testing of air-to-air and air-to-ground weapons systems within special programs.
• Coordinate with ranges, JTTOCC and SOF to deconflict resources and conduct missions.
• Prepare and present technical briefings and reports for management and customers.
