Qualifications

• 12+ years of U.S. export control experience (EAR/ITAR)
• Hands‑on experience with complex classification, licensing, screening, and technology control
• Strong analytical and cross‑functional collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced global environment
• Professional certifications (CES, CUSECO) are a plus

Responsibilities

• Export Control Classification: determine jurisdiction, ECCNs, and exports records
• Export Licensing Management: prepare, submit, and manage licenses and authorizations
• End‑Use and end‑user screening, sanctions checks, and due diligence
• Deemed export management and development of Technology Control Plans (TCPs)
• Compliance program management, audits, and training development
• Cross‑functional advisory support across Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, IT
• Process improvement, automation, and digital tool adoption
• External engagement with regulators, industry groups, and trade associations
