Job summary

THE·TEAM is seeking a Senior Manager, Client Services to lead the end-to-end delivery of experiential projects. You will coordinate with account teams and senior leadership to ensure milestones, quality, and budgets align with client objectives.

The role demands strong communication and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee multiple activations, manage budgets up to $1.5M, and foster a collaborative culture that mirrors THE·TEAM's values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of agency experience.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to influence others and navigate tough issues to outcomes.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of medium/large-scale projects with support from an account team.
• Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Oversee up to three activations concurrently.
• Collaborate with THE·TEAM account teams to meet client objectives and budgets.
• Ensure projects are properly budgeted and financial targets are met.
