Job summary

ZBiotics, based remotely in the US, is seeking a Senior Experiential Marketing Manager to build and scale its experiential program. You will own end-to-end activations, sampling, partnerships, and retail/hospitality support, turning curiosity into trial and advocacy.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in experiential marketing, strong budgeting and analytics, and a willingness to travel. This role offers a competitive base salary and equity in a fast-growing, science-driven company.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in experiential marketing, event marketing, or brand partnerships, including 3+ years owning events end to end.
• A portfolio of intimate, high-touch events with measurable results.
• Strong agency and vendor management skills with budget ownership.
• Analytical orientation with KPIs and actionable recommendations.
• Willingness to travel frequently (2x-4x per quarter) and work events.

Responsibilities

• Experiential execution & strategy: shape strategy, own day-to-day execution, build scalable sampling & calendar.
• Partnership activation: lead on-site execution for partnerships and creator experiences.
• Resourcing management: define resources, manage budgets, timelines, agencies, and team.
• Hospitality & retail support: plan in-store events and hospitality activations.
