Bask & Lather Co. is seeking a Senior Experiential Marketing Manager to lead how customers experience the brand through events, gifting, and retail activations. You will own concepts from planning through production, with budget responsibility and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a hands-on operator who can translate brand priorities into a calendar, budgets, and flawlessly executed experiences across remote and in-person settings, with travel as needed.

Formación

• 6+ years of experiential, event, field, or brand activation experience.
• Ability to propose calendars and budgets, with clear audience fit, objectives and timing.
• Strong vendor negotiation, production, staffing, logistics, and project management skills.
• Evidence of commercial judgment, financial discipline, and reporting.
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration.
• Experience in beauty, haircare, lifestyle, or retail is preferred.
• Experience building and executing brand partnerships, PR boxes, gifting and retail display programs.
• Experience managing PR boxes, gifting, and retail displays from concept to delivery.
• Experience with trade shows, retail activations, and live commerce is a plus.
• Ability to travel and work onsite for events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a rolling 12-month customer experience and activation calendar aligned with product launches and brand campaigns.
• Proactively recommend events, partnerships, and activation concepts with clear audience fit and expected outcomes.
• Build plans and budgets, secure approvals, and maintain forward planning.
• Own events from brief to onsite execution, reconciliation, and follow-up.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and onsite teams; ensure timely milestones and quality checks.
• Coordinate with Commercial, PR, and Influencer teams on relationships and messaging.
• Produce social commerce experiences aligned to channel goals and audience.
