Evolus is seeking a Senior Event Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our corporate and industry events in support of brand visibility and commercial goals.

You will develop event strategies aligned with business objectives, manage budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and Regulatory. Hybrid onsite in Newport Beach with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications or related field with 4+ years in event marketing or conference management.
• Experience managing large-scale events with significant budgets and vendor negotiations.
• Proven ability to measure programs and impact across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute and optimize Evolus' corporate and industry events to support brand visibility and commercial goals.
• Develop event strategies aligned with business objectives and manage budgets.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and lead cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs and Regulatory.
• Design attendee engagement initiatives and analyze event performance metrics while ensuring regulatory compliance.
