Job summary

Personify Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Events Specialist to lead national and regional wellbeing events. You will own planning, budgeting, vendor negotiations, and collaboration with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline and brand impact.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in B2B events, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and comfort with Salesforce and ROI measurement. Travel up to 15% is expected.

Qualifications

• Typically 5+ years of B2B events or field marketing experience.
• Experience owning and managing a six-figure annual events budget.
• Comfort with event measurement and CRM data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of national events and regional programs.
• Identify local opportunities and shape event guest lists to support sales objectives.
• Maintain event timelines, playbooks, and checklists for consistency.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing Operations, and CBR on pre-event outreach and follow-up.
• Provide executive-ready updates and recommendations.
