Job summary

INNOCEAN USA in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking an Account Supervisor for our Experiential team. This hybrid role (in-office 3 days/week) supports national and regional experiential programs, managing budgets, scheduling, and client relations for high-profile events with Genesis Motor NA.

The role requires at least 6 years in experiential account management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experiential account management or project management with client interface.
• Experience in Event/Sports/Entertainment marketing; automotive marketing a plus.
• Hospitality experience a plus; strong Excel capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to think strategically and execute.
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of experiential programs and initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day client communication and provide detailed reporting.
• Assist in planning Genesis Experiential Events and manage scheduling.
• Coordinate billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of budgets.
• Log, track, and reconcile estimates and change orders.
