INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency based in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking an Account Supervisor for the Experiential team. This hybrid role requires local SoCal presence, heavy client interaction, and management of national and regional events for Genesis Motor North America.

The candidate will oversee budgets, schedules, and vendor coordination while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiential activations on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experiential account management or project management with client interface.
• Experience in Event/Sports/Entertainment marketing; automotive marketing is a plus.
• Hospitality experience in another industry is a plus.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel capabilities.
• Strong forward-thinking execution for concepting and events from start to finish.
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with account team lead to develop and execute programs and initiatives.
• Provide detailed client reporting and manage tasks from small to large projects.
• Assist in planning and execution of Genesis Experiential Events.
• Own key event and account responsibilities, including scheduling and vendor management.
• Coordinate billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of budgets per contracts.
• Produce and reconcile estimates and changes, plus related reports.
• Ensure compliance with contractual budget and logistical requirements.
• Manage experiential vendors and subcontractors; cross-functional communication.
• Support IUS Experiential teams with special projects; contribute to agency culture.
