Job summary

INNOCEAN USA, a hybrid ad agency in Huntington Beach, seeks an Account Supervisor for its Experiential team. You will guide multi-project experiential campaigns, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors. Local SoCal candidates preferred.

The role emphasizes ownership of event planning, client communication, and strategic execution across national and regional activations, with a focus on Genesis Motor North America. Hybrid 3-days in-office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experiential account or project management with client interface.
• Experience in Event/Sports/Entertainment marketing; automotive marketing a plus.
• Hospitality experience in another industry is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel capabilities.
• Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of experiential programs and initiatives.
• Provide day-to-day client and account management with detailed reporting.
• Assist in planning and execution of Genesis Experiential Events.
• Coordinate billing, invoicing, and reconciliation of budgets and costs.
• Produce and reconcile estimates, work orders, and related reports for operations.
