INNOCEAN USA, a full-service ad agency located in sunny Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking an Account Executive, Experiential, to join our Genesis team!We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal.As a core member of INNOCEAN’S Experiential Department, the Account Executive works with a cross departmental team to ensure the delivery of experiential and sponsorship marketing projects with high-quality service, so that all client needs are met on time, on scope and on budget.The Account Executive will assist the Group Director and overall Genesis experiential account team to support multiple experiential projects at various high-profile events for the Genesis Motor America client. This position will focus on execution and administrative support related to experiential activations and events.This individual should be skilled at administrative tasks and looking to grow their project management skills. They must have the ability to multi-task and work both independently and within a team.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The principal responsibilities of the Account Executive will be to assist the Account Team with experiential marketing campaigns for agency’s client, specifically supporting sponsorship activations for multiple programs with an emphasis in sports marketing, Auto Shows, and lifestyle events. This is a support role with a variety of administrative and program-based responsibilities.Work closely with account team lead on each program to support the development and execution of all aspects of the assigned programs and initiativesSupport ideation of creative event solutions to meet client objectivesServe as the liaison between various internal departments including account, production and creativeCoordinate pre-production aspects including but not limited to: vendor research and oversight, premium and merchandise procurement and the drafting of event communicationsAbility to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while working as both part of a team as well as independentlyDaily account responsibilities include client communications, meeting planning, client recaps and call notesMonthly account responsibilities include event recapping, finance reporting, and schedule management.Willingness to take ownership of select small programs as well as act in a support role on larger initiativesSupport program reconciliation process including vendor onboarding, invoice processing and budget trackingAdditional ad hoc administrative tasks related to the finance and administration of our programs and eventsProvide on-site management for events including travel to events – estimated 20% of role will include event travelContinually stay aware of emerging trends, specifically the automotive, entertainment, and sports industriesQUALIFICATIONS:3+ years ad agency experience in event planning, onsite production, and account managementWell versed in Microsoft Office Suite (in particular, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)Passion for and experience in live events across sports, lifestyle and consumer engagementStrong communication skills including verbal, written, listeningA highly motivated team player with a strong work ethicDetail oriented and organizedAutomotive experience a plusBENEFITS:Low-cost health benefits to choose from401k matchWellness reimbursement programCompany paid short- and long-term disability, and basic lifeGenerous PTOOn-site BaristaBeautiful campus across from the Pacific OceanThe salary range for this role is $70,304 - $80,000Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.Who are we?
