Job summary

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a Data Account Manager to join the Genesis team. This contract role through the end of 2026 offers hybrid work (3 days in-office) and local candidates in Southern California.

The role manages automotive data infrastructure and identity resolution projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strong client management. Experience in a digital agency or client services is required.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in a client services function within a Digital Marketing, Advertising or Business-related field.
• Working knowledge of identity resolution and data security principles.
• Experience with customer data management.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Solid project management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client services related to the automotive data initiative and campaigns.
• Provide regular updates to Account leadership and proactively resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Analytics and Engineering to set timelines and goals.
• Identify stakeholders and disseminate information accordingly.
• Present progress and outcomes to clients and determine next steps.
• Coordinate reviews, status docs, and meetings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of client business, pricing, and channels.
• Oversee junior staff contributions.
