Job summary
Credera is seeking a senior design leader to guide UX/UI, product and visual design across client engagements, blending business strategy with human-centered design. You will translate complex systems and data into intuitive, human experiences while shaping design strategy and driving measurable outcomes.
You will mentor designers, lead client workshops and critiques, and contribute to proposals while elevating XD’s influence within Credera’s technology design practice at a global consulting
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional design experience including leadership of UX/UI and product design teams.
- Strong portfolio showing leadership impact and craft, with ai-enabled experiences a plus.
- Proficiency in modern design tools and collaboration workflows.
Responsibilities
- Provide design vision and strategic direction across client engagements.
- Lead hands-on UX/UI, product and visual design work when needed.
- Mentor designers across levels and geographies, fostering a culture of curiosity.
- Lead client workshops, design critiques, and executive presentations.
- Support business development by shaping opportunities and contributing to proposals.
