Chase is seeking an Experience Research Senior Associate to shape user experiences across our products and services. You will lead research studies, translate findings into actionable design recommendations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product design and functionality.

Use advanced research methods to identify customer needs and develop workflows that improve satisfaction and engagement across Chase Home Lending offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in generative and evaluative user experience research using advanced methods.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods including surveys/interviews/ethnography and data analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of UX design principles and ethnographic influences on user experiences.
• Ability to review and apply current research practices to inform experience designs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and execute research studies using surveys, interviews, ethnography, and quantitative/qualitative techniques to gather customer insights.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and provide actionable recommendations to inform UX design decisions and improve satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into product development based on research findings.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of experience research strategies and align work to business goals and success metrics.
• Stay current with industry trends and incorporate knowledge into team insights.
