• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

• Design and execute end-to-end mixed-methods market and experience research.
• Draft questionnaires, discussion guides, screeners and research instruments.
• Analyze data, identify patterns, and translate findings into recommendations.
• Create reports, presentations, and executive summaries for stakeholders.
