Job summary

Uber for Business is seeking a Sr. Strategic Operations Associate to own the Expense Partnerships vertical, overseeing a portfolio from term sheet to live deployment.

You will drive growth initiatives, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure partnerships scale with strong analytics and strategic input. You’ll collaborate with Product, Partner Engineering, Sales Ops and Legal to shape strategy, requirements, and GTM plans, while directing post-launch incentives and expansion efforts

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, strategic partnerships, business development, or project/program management.
• Experienced SQL user or similar query language.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of live expense partnerships end to end: set growth plan, run operating cadence, and be accountable for bookings, adoption targets.
• Launch new partnerships: model negotiations, scope builds, and drive GTM launches.
• Analytics and performance management: maintain reports, use SQL to uncover insights, communicate state of the business.
