Uber is seeking a Sr. Strategic Operations Associate to own the Expense Partnerships vertical for Uber for Business.

This end-to-end role manages a portfolio of live expense partnerships, drives post-launch growth, and serves as the internal center of gravity for strategy, analytics, product requirements, and partner enablement. You’ll collaborate with Product, Partner Engineering, Commercial/BD, Sales Ops, Legal, Marketing and enablement teams to scale partnerships and craft winning proposals.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, strategic partnerships, business development, or project/program management
• Experienced SQL user
• Bachelor's degree

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of live expense partnerships end to end; set growth plan and operate cadence
• Run internal and external business reviews with partners; build scorecards and insights
• Translate partner and user needs into product requirements and roadmap
• Design and execute joint GTM motions with partners; enable sales and craft proposals
