Job summary

Florida Blue Group is seeking a Sr. Thought Leadership Lead to own and advance our executive thought leadership program within GuideWell's Enterprise Communications function.

You will shape strategy, set standards, and drive measurable impact across executive visibility, storytelling, and enterprise reputation. You will partner with executives and Marketing to design, pitch, and prepare for speaking engagements, publications, and social platforms, while coaching leaders to articulate authentic

Qualifications

• 6+ years related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or related field
• Deep subject matter expertise in executive thought leadership at a national scale, able to set the standard, evaluate quality, and continuously improve the function's capability.
• Proven editorial leadership, ownership of flagship content vehicles with narrative strategy and quality standards.
• Demonstrated experience coaching and developing executives as external communicators.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills across multiple executive voices.
• Ability to integrate across a communications function and collaborate with Marketing on content and voice.

Responsibilities

• Own executive thought leadership program strategy and execution.
• Develop and maintain annual thought leadership strategy and calendar.
• Partner with executives to craft positioning, audiences, and platforms for thought leadership.
• Coach executives to build external-confidence and platform-specific skills.
• Own Leader LinkedIn program from strategy to publication.
• Build the enterprise speaking pipeline and manage opportunities.
