Job summary

Florida Blue Group seeks a Sr Director, Office of the CEO to act as a trusted operator and advisor to the CEO and ELT. You will drive initiatives, monitor CEO/SVP requests, and ensure organizational alignment with measurable performance across the enterprise.

You will lead executive collaboration, plan leadership forums, and prepare high‑impact presentations for internal and external audiences while upholding enterprise values and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, strategic planning, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Ability to translate priorities into disciplined, on‑time execution.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into clear action items with owners, deadlines, and next steps.
• Represent the OCEO in enterprise forums and with ELT members as needed.
• Own intake, tracking, and closure of CEO/SVP requests with a single source of truth.
• Drive accountability for goals, performance metrics, and continuous improvement.
• Manage plans, milestones, dependencies, and status for priority initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams for planning, development, and execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting financial performance or operations.
• Analyze data and present concise options for CEO and ELT.
