Position Overview
Navanti Group is seeking experienced Executive and Team Coaches to support an anticipated U.S. Department of Transportation executive coaching program serving senior leaders and executive teams across DOT’s 11 Operating Administrations.
Selected coaches may provide confidential individual executive coaching, executive team coaching, leadership assessments, or a combination of these services based on their qualifications and availability. Candidates should identify the coaching and assessment capabilities for which they wish to be considered.
Work is expected to involve substantial virtual coaching and coordination. Candidates must also be available for occasional in-person meetings, coaching sessions, or program activities in the Washington, DC metropolitan area, as required.
This anticipated position is contingent upon contract award. Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of employment, guarantee placement, or guarantee a specific number of coaching hours.
