• 8-10 years of experience in executive recruiting, executive sourcing, or retained search.
• Proven success engaging passive executive talent.
• Experience building pipelines for senior leadership and executive-level roles.
• Strong research, networking, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leaders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and talent intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

• Executive Search & Talent Identification: Partner with Executive Talent Acquisition leaders to execute senior-level and executive searches, including Senior Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, General Manager, and C-Suite roles.
• External Succession Planning & Leadership Pipelines: Build external leadership pipelines for high-impact enterprise roles and succession-critical positions.
• Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence: Conduct executive talent market research, competitor analysis, and organizational mapping.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Manage long-term relationships with executive talent in priority pipelines.
• Executive Recruiting Collaboration: Partner with Executive Recruiters on active searches and strategic hiring initiatives.
