Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent.
• Proven success leading searches for Senior Director, Vice President, and C-suite leadership positions.
• Experience partnering directly with executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, executive talent mapping, and pipeline development.
• Experience conducting sophisticated executive assessments and interviews.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation structures and offer negotiations.
• Exceptional consultation, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive Searches across Senior Director to executive levels.
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to executive leadership and enable discovery sessions.
• Provide executive talent market intelligence to inform strategy and succession planning.
• Assess and select exceptional leadership talent through structured interviews and assessments.
• Drive offer strategy and negotiations with compensation and business leadership.
