Responsibilities

• Executive Search & Talent Identification: Partner with leaders to execute senior-level searches and present top candidates.
• External Succession Planning & Leadership Pipelines: Build external leadership pipelines for high-impact roles and anticipate vacancies.
• Market Mapping & Talent Intelligence: Conduct market research and translate insights into leadership guidance.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with executive talent and ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
• Executive Recruiting Collaboration: Align with recruiters on intake materials, profiles, and evaluation criteria.
