Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Senior Executive Recruiter to lead full lifecycle executive searches (Director & VP) and build diverse leadership pipelines. You will partner with senior leadership and HR to craft strategic talent initiatives and ensure compliant, efficient hiring processes.

You will work with cross-functional teams to assess, engage, and convert top executive talent, while maintaining a strong candidate experience and adherence to policy and governance standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle executive searches (Director & VP) and manage complex leadership hiring.
• Develop diverse leadership talent networks and external pipelines for senior roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and company policies in all TA activities.
• Partner with executive leadership and HR to optimize candidate experience and search strategy.
