Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Executive Recruiter to source, qualify, and place executive-level talent (OC-1 to OC-3, VP and above) across multiple business units. The role partners with HR and hiring managers, guiding sourcing strategies, channels, and market insights to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.

You will own the full cycle for complex searches, maintaining confidentiality, and optimizing direct hiring while coordinating with approved vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years’ experience recruiting for executive level roles and complex profiles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR to define search strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate recruitment strategy with hiring managers for OC-1+ roles.
• Source and close senior-level candidates through multiple channels including networks and social platforms.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for executive roles; liaise with internal partners and vendors to close candidates.
• Maintain strict discretion and confidentiality across searches.
• Promote direct sourcing and use agency/vendor channels only with VP approval.
• Ensure data integrity in Workday and Beamery with timely updates.
