Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Executive Recruiter to source, qualify, and place senior-level talent (OC-1 to OC-3; VP and above) for multiple business units. You will partner with HR, OC members, and their teams to design strategies, channels, and pipelines for critical searches.

You will own full lifecycle recruiting, manage data in Workday and Beamery, maintain confidentiality, and coach junior staff. The role offers a hybrid work model in Stamford, CT with generous PTO and a competitive

Qualifications

7+ years of recruiting experience handling full lifecycle across complex roles and profiles.
Executive-level recruiting experience with hiring manager contact up to senior organizational level.
Proven self-sourcing and networking to build candidate pools.
Experience handling complex, high-level offer negotiations.
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work with senior executives.

Responsibilities

Develop and facilitate recruiting strategy with hiring managers, aligning with team dynamics and culture.
Source and close senior-level talent through networks, social channels, and affiliations.
Manage full recruitment cycle for executive roles; coordinate with internal partners and external vendors.
Maintain confidentiality of searches and data integrity across systems.
Coach junior recruiters and ensure timely candidate progression and reporting.
