Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Executive Recruiter to source and qualify candidates for OC-1 to OC-3 roles and VP+ profiles across business units. You will guide HR partners on sourcing strategies, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and build pipelines of senior, diverse talent.

The role requires discretion, strong communication, and collaboration with senior leaders. You'll work in Gartner's hybrid environment, leveraging Workday and Beamery, and contribute to a dynamic talent strategy while

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years’ experience recruiting for complex executive roles.
Experience recruiting at senior leadership levels and with hiring managers.
Proven ability to self-source and leverage networks to build candidate pools.

Responsibilities

Develop recruiting strategy with hiring managers for OC-1 to OC-3 and VP+ profiles.
Source, attract and close senior talent across business units through multiple channels.
Manage full recruitment lifecycle for executive roles and coordinate with HR partners and vendors.
Counsel hiring managers on interview skills, timelines and risk factors.
Build and maintain pipelines of diverse senior candidates for bench strength.
Coach junior recruiters and ensure data integrity in ATS (Workday) and Beamery.
