Job summary

• 7+ years’ recruiting experience across complex executive-level roles.
• Experience with executive-level offers and negotiations.
• Strong communication with senior executives and their teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategy for executive roles.
• Source through networks, social channels, and associations to build candidate pools.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for OC- and VP-level openings; liaise with HR partners and vendors.
• Maintain confidentiality of searches and data integrity in systems.
• Coach hiring managers on interviews and selection processes.
• Prioritize multiple requisitions and align with Gartner’s strategic direction.
