Search Solution Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Director of Recruiting to lead and scale our executive (direct hire) recruiting organization. You will align recruiting strategy with sales, marketing, and operations, and build a high-performing team across divisions.

The role requires 7+ years in recruiting, 3+ years in leadership, and proven success developing metrics, dashboards, and processes. You will guide governance, optimize workflows, and drive revenue growth while ensuring top-tier

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years recruiting experience in staffing.
3+ years leadership overseeing recruiting teams in an agency.
Experience with Bullhorn ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, and sourcing tech.
Ability to lead high-performing teams and drive growth.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team across divisions and industries.
Establish recruiting strategies to improve fill rates, placement quality, recruiter productivity, and client satisfaction.
Develop and monitor recruiting KPIs including activity metrics, time-to-fill, submittals, interviews, placements, and revenue.
Partner with Sales leadership to improve collaboration between business development and recruiting teams.
Coach recruiters to build future leaders and strengthen the talent pipeline.
