Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Manager, Talent Strategy & Acquisition in Raleigh, NC to develop and execute recruiting strategies and support performance management, succession planning, and employee development. You will partner with senior leaders, manage full-cycle recruiting, and drive workforce planning initiatives across the organization.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and HR program design expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR or related field.
• SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR, Talent, Learning, Recruiting or Communications experience.
• Experience with HR technology/LMS platforms; translate strategy into practical tools.
• Experience designing HR programs and processes.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies while supporting performance management, succession planning, employee development, and talent programs.
• Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning and manage full-cycle recruiting.
• Shape the employee lifecycle from attraction through development and retention.
• Support performance improvement plans, talent reviews, leadership development and learning initiatives.
