Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to guide executive search and workforce planning initiatives. The role reports to the senior leadership team and shapes recruitment strategy across divisions.

You will drive complex executive searches, map leadership markets, and partner with compensation and HR to craft compelling offers and retention plans. In-office role with strategic influence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training, and work experience.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive recruiting experience, including senior or executive search.
• Proven expertise in talent acquisition strategy, labor market analysis, and workforce planning support.
• Advanced knowledge of recruiting processes, risk, and compliance.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive measurable improvements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior-level, executive, difficult-to-fill searches across multiple teams.
• Translate business needs into search strategies, leadership profiles, target markets, and candidate value props.
• Advise senior leaders on talent availability, market conditions, and selection considerations.
• Direct market mapping and talent intelligence for leadership roles.
• Manage confidential relationships with senior and executive candidates.
• Exercise independent judgment on confidential executive talent matters with organizational impact.
• Assess leadership capabilities, career experience, and fit for roles.
• Present evidence-based candidate recommendations to senior decision-makers.
• Design structured interview and selection processes.
• Partner on complex executive offer strategies with Compensation and HR leaders.
• Build leadership pipelines and external talent networks for executive needs.
• Manage executive search firms and evaluate their delivery and outcomes.
