• 3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency or staffing environment
• Experience recruiting within Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, HR, Manufacturing, or related disciplines
• Manage full life cycle of direct-hire recruiting

Responsibilities

• Recruit mid- to senior-level professionals across Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and related disciplines
• Source, interview, assess, and present top-tier candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
• Manage searches from intake through successful placement
• Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business
