Responsibilities

• Recruit mid- to senior-level professionals across Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and related disciplines
• Source, interview, assess, and present top-tier candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
• Manage searches from intake through successful placement
• Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business

Experience: 3+ years agency/staffing recruiting experience required

Experience recruiting within Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Human Resources, Manufacturing, or related professional disciplines is required.

As an Executive Recruiter, you'll manage the full life cycle of direct-hire recruiting while developing strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

• Recruit mid- to senior-level professionals across Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, HR, and related disciplines
• Source, interview, assess, and present top-tier candidates
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
• Manage searches from initial intake through successful placement
• Build and strengthen long-term client and candidate relationships
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and develop new business

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in an agency, staffing, or search firm environment
• Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or HR recruiting experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, or related professional services recruiting experience highly valued
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• High sense of urgency and strong follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing client needs
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience considered
