Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team near Brandon, Florida. This onsite role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with hiring managers to identify top talent across various roles. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies
Post job openings on various platforms, including job boards and the company website
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and communicate with candidates throughout the process
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
Coordinate pre-employment processes such as background checks and reference verification
Attend job fairs, networking events, and local hiring initiatives to build a strong candidate pipeline
Track and report on key recruitment metrics to leadership

Qualifications:

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or high-volume setting
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple searches and prioritize effectively
Proficiency with ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in Brandon, FL
