Job summary

Keenova in Bridgewater, NJ seeks a Manager, Executive Patient Access (Executive PAM) to lead patient access strategy, reimbursement, and education across programs. You will partner with patients, caregivers, FRMs and internal teams to remove barriers and improve therapy initiation.

This senior role requires deep expertise in payer processes, buy/bill logistics, and SP operations, with a track record of influencing cross-functional programs and launching patient support initiatives in a complex

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent is required; MBA or advanced degree ideal.
• Physician Administered Product Experience required
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in the Biopharma industry required.
• 8-10 years of reimbursement experience required.
• Knowledge of Medicare billing/coding and appeal process; interpret and understand Medicare EOBs.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient access initiatives and provide strategic leadership across the organization.
• Educate staff and stakeholders on Buy/Bill processes, patient assistance, and reimbursement strategies.
• Collaborate with SPs and external partners to resolve access barriers and improve patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain patient access resources, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Influence leadership with strategic recommendations based on field insights.

Education

BS or equivalent is required; MBA or advanced degree ideal.

Physician Administered Product Experience required

10-15 years of relevant experience in the Biopharma industry required

8-10 years of reimbursement experience required

Medicare billing/coding and appeals knowledge
