Job summary

Keenova is seeking a Manager, Executive Patient Access to lead strategic patient access initiatives across the full patient journey. This executive PAM will partner with patients, caregivers, FRMs, and internal stakeholders to identify barriers, drive innovative solutions, and optimize access to therapies.

The role emphasizes expertise in patient support programs, reimbursement pathways, and cross-functional program leadership to improve outcomes and operational excellence across the access

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent is required.
• MBA or advanced degree ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient access strategy and optimize access to therapies across the patient journey.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with FRMs, SP and payer teams to improve access and affordability.
• Develop and maintain onboarding resources, SOPs, and knowledge bases for the PAM function.
• Monitor and influence performance metrics related to patient access and experience.
