Keenova Therapeutics plc seeks a Manager, Executive Patient Access to lead strategic patient access initiatives across our organization from Bridgewater, NJ. This senior role partners with patients, caregivers, and internal teams to optimize access and engagement, overcoming barriers to therapy initiation and continuity.

The Executive PAM leads education, reimbursement pathways, and affordability programs, while driving cross-functional collaboration and program performance to improve patient

Competenze

• BS or equivalent degree is required; MBA or advanced degree ideal.
• Physician Administered Product experience is required.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in the Biopharma industry required.
• 8–10 years of reimbursement experience required.
• Experience onboarding team members and managing customer interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to identify systemic business issues and drive solutions.

Mansioni

• Serve as the organizational authority for Patient Access best practices across the company.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members and develop onboarding resources.
• Own design and evolution of patient access performance frameworks and launch readiness metrics.
• Influence enterprise decision-making regarding patient access trends and reimbursement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate patient support programs and drive improvements.
• Act as escalation resource for complex patient access or reimbursement situations.
