Qualifications

• BS or equivalent is required; MBA or advanced degree ideal.
• Physician Administered Product Experience required.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in Biopharma; 8–10 years reimbursement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient access programs and optimize patient engagement across the treatment journey.
• Provide strategic leadership and mentorship; develop onboarding resources and SOPs.
• Collaborate with internal partners to improve access, reimbursement, and patient experience.
• Identify barriers to therapy and influence enterprise decisions.
