Keenova seeks a Manager, Executive Patient Access to lead strategic patient access initiatives across Keenova’s patient support programs. The role partners with patients and internal stakeholders to optimize access, reimbursement, and affordability while driving organizational improvement and patient outcomes.

The Executive PAM will use data insights to identify barriers, educate patients on reimbursement and MARC resources, and collaborate with SPs and internal teams to ensure timely therapy

Qualificações

• BS or equivalent is required; MBA or advanced degree ideal.
• 10-15 years of relevant Biopharma experience with reimbursement and patient access.
• Proven ability to influence organizational strategy through access and patient experience insights.
• Knowledge of US payer, coverage, and reimbursement environments and policies.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as organizational authority for patient access best practices and expert consultation across the company.
• Lead onboarding and training of new team members and develop PAM resources and SOPs.
• Own development of patient access performance frameworks, metrics, and escalation governance.
• Collaborate with Customer Experience, Market Access, and Brand Leadership on access trends and program design.
